Track Your Order

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. This tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email from NiteTrim.com. It can also be accessed through the “My Order” link on the NiteTrim.com home page. Both of these options provide a link directly to the USPS or UPS website for tracking your order. You may also copy and paste the tracking number and go to the shipping carrier’s site manually for tracking of your shipment.

In most cases orders placed before 2PM (EST) will process that business day. Please allow 1 business day for processing however, as some orders may not process until the next business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS may deliver your package on a Saturday. Neither deliver on national holidays.

Can’t see any tracking information for your order?

These could be some reasons why:

  • Your Package May Not Have Been Scanned Yet
  • The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. (This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk.)
  • The first package scan may not be until delivery. (If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.)
  • Some shipments, such as standard international shipments, are not trackable.
